First steps for the treatment

The first session is designed to find out more about the client's specific difficulties and a recommended number of sessions will be proposed to achieve the main objectives.

In this anamnesis session, therapist Marco Mateus will inform the client if he can help them.

The treatment is initially intensive, from one to three sessions per week (depending on the client’s overall state of mind).

In general, two to four weeks of intensive treatment are necessary.

Thereafter, sessions will be reduced gradually, taking into account the goals to be achieved. Having said that, each case will be analyzed and the number of sessions and treatment period may vary. Each session lasts 90 minutes..

Satisfaction policy

It is of crucial importance for the therapist Marco Mateus that the client is on the right path and feels good along the way. Hence, a satisfaction policy was created, according to which, if clients feel that the sessions are not helping them in a significant way until the seventh session (except for the initial anamnesis session), the total amount paid will be refunded.
