The Therapist

The purpose of my life is to give people freedom.

Marco Mateus

THE THERAPIST

In my 20s, my professional journey began with an unexpected psychosis. Months of hallucinations, strong emotions, paranoia and incoherent speeches challenged my sanity. However, fortunately, this period proved to be a crossroads in which I found my way.

This impactful experience not only marked the beginning of my career, but also developed in me a certain attitude and way of thinking about the human mind, solidifying my determination. Each client I have today is a unique project, and each person I am able to help, heal or improve reinforces my belief that the next one can too.

My educational background is multidisciplinary, and includes hypnotherapy and NLP, social panorama, the Bert Hellinger's method, Gestalt psychology, family therapy, etc.

In my opinion, bringing together these various disciplines allows us to better understand human beings so that we can offer them a faster and more effective therapy with a holistic approach. I often joke with my clients: "If I were a traditional doctor or psychologist, I would not probably be able to help you”.

I rely on my experience regarding the results I achieved, without relying on theories, methods or doctrines as the sole truth. I am concerned with concrete therapeutic action for my clients.

In my treatment, I consider the person as a whole and not just as a collection of symptoms. My work consists of rapid therapy, for difficult cases.

Why I am a therapist specialised in the treatment of psychosis?

As I have achieved a high rate of success in the recovery of my clients with the natural treatment, I decided to devote myself exclusively to the treatment of psychosis, which often has other associated conditions like schizophrenia, neurosis, bipolar, etc.

I have found that psychosis is the most misunderstood of all mental health conditions. Therefore, conventional treatments can be incorrect, invasive and pose a significant health hazard to a person.
